With her awakening to the Wild Card, Aigis loses access to Orgia Mode and Maximum Firepower but gains new ones along with a few from the Main Character.

Metis' Theurgies
Since Aigis lost her old Theurgies, Metis takes over Aigis' old role complete with Orgia Mode, with the only difference being Metis' Theurgies dealing Strike Damage compared to Aigis' Pierce Damage.

Your companions lose their 2nd Theugy at the start of the game, but can learn them back after completing certain dungeons throughout the game.

What is Theurgy?
Special Techniques That Party Members Can Use
Theurgy is a new mechanic in Persona 3 Reload which are unique moves that can either damage enemies or boost your party's stats.
Each character has a theurgy move unique to them. For example, Junpei has the Hack n' Blast theurgy which deals severe Slash damage to an enemy while Yukari has Cyclone Arrow which deals strong wind damage to an enemy, ignoring their resistance.

Perform Certain Actions to Fill the Theurgy Gauge

Before a character can perform a Theurgy, they must first fill up their Theurgy gauge. You can check each of the character's Personality on the Theurgy menu to learn how to fill their Theurgy Gauge.
In Episode: Aigis, Aigis will receive the same Personality as the Protagonist, along with access to Fusion Spells.
For example, Yukari's gauge can only be filled up if she uses any healing skill while Mitsuru's gauge will fill up when she inflicts ailements on enemies.
